Sugar Mountain Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan Survey

The Village of Sugar Mountain and the High Country Council of Governments are seeking input as part of the development of the Sugar Mountain Bicycle and Pedestrian Planning process. The public’s assistance is needed to prepare a
vision to improve the bicycle and pedestrian environment in the Village of Sugar Mountain. The goal of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation Plan is to
determine how to enhance the bicycle and pedestrian environment in the
Village of Sugar Mountain. The plan will examine potential greenway and trail
locations, as well as ways to improve bicycle and pedestrian safety. It will focus on how to make connections to key bicycle and pedestrian traffic generators in
and around the Village of Sugar Mountain.

Surveys and a drop box are available at the Sugar Mountain Village Hall and online at www.surveymonkey.com/s/SugarMtnBikePed .

Please submit all comments by October 21, 2011.

After reviewing public surveys, hosting public workshops, and studying the
existing bicycle and pedestrian conditions, a Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan for the
Village of Sugar Mountain will be developed to be considered by the Village.
