Finance

   The Finance Office maintains a system of financial management and accounting designed to comply with the requirements of the North Carolina Local Government Budget and Fiscal Control Act and also the requirements of the various State and federal grantor agencies that provide funds to the Council. The Finance Office also has responsibilities related to purchasing and personnel administration.
