Community Medicaid
Medicaid is a joint federal/state program, which makes payment for those of all ages who cannot afford to pay for medical care. Eligibility for Medicaid insurance care differs for homebound and nursing home residents. Home based services may include personal care, homemaker/chore, respite, telephone reassurance, meal preparation, etc.
